About Revive
A church born out of the journey
Revive Community Church is a church for Arabic-speaking people in Greater Los Angeles. We help Arabic families follow Jesus and build real friendships together. Many of us came here from other countries. We know what it feels like to start a new life in a new place, far from home. This church is a place where you can belong, worship in your own language, and not feel alone.
Our Story
We did not stop
Pastor Shant and his family lived through the war in Syria. During those years he was detained by the secret police. But through danger and loss, they kept planting churches and serving God’s people. They did not stop.
When the Lord called them to a new work, they moved to serve the Arabic diaspora. They came to walk with the families who, like them, had left home and were building a new life far away. That calling is why Revive Community Church exists today.
