A Ministry Formed Through Perseverance
Pastor Shant Kazanjian and his family served the church through years of war and instability in Syria. During that period, he experienced detention and pressure from the Syrian security authorities. Despite danger, displacement, and loss, they continued serving God’s people, training believers, and helping establish churches.
When God opened the door for a new season of ministry, the family moved to serve Arabic-speaking communities outside the Middle East. They came with a burden for families who, like them, had left familiar places behind and were learning how to build a new life.
Revive Community Church grew from that calling: to proclaim the Gospel clearly, build a genuine Christian family, and equip Arabic-speaking believers to become mature disciples and ministry leaders.

God has brought Arabic-speaking individuals and families from across the Middle East into communities throughout Southern California.

Pastoral Leadership
Meet Pastor Shant Kazanjian
Pastor Shant brings pastoral, missionary, church-planting, and theological-education experience from Syria, Lebanon, Armenia, and the United States.
In addition to leading RCC, he serves as Arabic Program Director at the Christian Leaders Institute , developing Arabic theological education and helping equip Christian leaders for ministry.
His personal experience of immigration and rebuilding life in a new country shapes RCC’s commitment to both pastoral care and long-term leadership development.

Revive Community Church is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

RCC is governed and overseen by a board of directors that helps provide organizational and financial accountability.
